• Please note:we do not accept responsibility for lost/damaged packets or parcels if they are not sent by compensation, special delivery or registered post - or if you request a low value declaration for contents of goods.
• Faulty goods must be notified/returned within 14 days UK and 21 days elsewhere for replacement.
• It is not possible to exchange goods for different items unless we cannot replace that same title.
• We strongely suggest all rare records or high value parcels are sent by registered postage.
• All sale items/one-off items are non-returnable.
• All CDs/reissue LPs are  generally checked where possible for faults before despatch, unless sealed.
• All original vinyl LPs/singles are graded strictly aurally and visibly, however, we can make mistakes, and of course if you are not happy with a grading, then its also possible we may have overlooked something. As we get many 1000s of vinyl records, its possible this may happen, although we hope not!
